The Las Cruces Convention Center has rules/requirements for any potential food and/or beverage vendors.  No third party food or beverage products.  All items must be made/prepared by the vendor.  The venue will take inventory of the product to be sold and will take 20% of all approved food and beverage sales.

Vendor must supply copies of:

  1. Business license
  2. Vendor event permit
  3. Business insurance
